This gym is incredible from team of workers to system areas. i've three kids and they love going there. You constantly locate machines open. Locker rooms, restrooms constantly very easy always which include the gymnasium. I advocate this gym to everybody.

Worst gym ever. I have tried to cancel with them since Feb 2020. I was informed that I needed to email to cancel at the start of the pandemic then when I emailed they said I had to go in. Gyms were closed so I could not. I kept getting charged after sending emails asking for my account to be frozen if they can't cancel it. Then after getting more charges they said my account was never froze. It's impossible to cancel with this gym & I will be taking legal action. I have emails with dates & evidence. I have names of the rude front desk people. I had to get my bank involved to stop charges but they kept all the other fraudulent charges. Don't go here!!

Help! I am trying to cancel my membership. I sent a request by certified mail and it was sent back "Return to sender." I read on a previous Yelp Review that this exact same thing happened to another member. I have emailed TW, but no response! Very bad customer service.

This place is a scam. Not surprising that I'm not the only one that feels this way as other reviews are stating the same. Manager here is extremely rude. I was a bit surprised because I have never dealt with someone so rude in customer service. If you can't be professional and polite in this field, please quit. Good luck with trying to cancel your membership here during this pandemic. The people at Total woman gym are crooks and will take your money and refuse to give you a refund unless you go there in person and cancel. Luckily I was able to dispute the charges with my credit card company and got a refund that way.

So I wasn't going to write a review but at this point I think it's necessary. Me and my mom have been getting charged money every month since the gym has been closed in March. Which is ridiculous to be begin with. We called a million times emailed and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Not only did we not get our money back we canceled 3 days ago and this morning they took out 70$ out of my bank again!!!! When I'm not even a member anymore. You guys are fraud !!! This is not right.

DO NOT COME HERE. You literally will be ripped off. Ladies save your money! They claimed memberships would be on "hold" due to COVID yet I've still been getting charged. The machines are always broken, with some rude a** employees. Just don't come here y'all UPDATE: not even a week later. I had to pay to cancel my membership and WAS CHARGED TWO DAYS LATER DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS

I have been a member for over 3 years, due to covid-19 I wanted to cancel my membership by mid March,2020. They didn't cancel the membership and still charged me prorated for two months and again full price charged for the month of July even though I canceled it in March. Called them this morning to get a refund, hopefully someone will some day call me back since the front receptionist wasn't handling refunds....
