During a heat wave, an air conditioning repair agency arrived and promptly fixed our air conditioner. They were amiable, professional, and incredibly productive. Extremely pleased with the outcome.

Our A/C was blowing warm air. Richie came out same day to diagnose. He did a really exceptional job imo. He was knowledgeable and personable and walked me through what he was looking for and quickly found the issue, which was a malfunctioning capacitor. Was able to fix it the same day and at a fair price. I really liked how he explained every step of the way what they were doing and what they were looking for. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I spoke to Todd about water leakage from my air conditioner. He conferred with George, the technician, and determine that a plumber instead would be able to fix my problem. He said that he didn't want me to pay for Thermal Comfort to come out to no avail and then also pay for a plumber*. Trust is a rare commodity in the service industry particularly when we lack an understanding of how the product works. This experience has instilled my utmost trust in Thermal Comfort.
