Golan M. is the man! Punctual. Courteous. Amiable. Knowledgeable. Patient. Funny. Able to describe abstract concepts like what happens when the first jolt of an earthquake hammers the foundation and the home slips off because no one thought of purchasing seismic retrofitting from Sunshine Foundation, followed by the rolling motion that softens up sandy soil allowing the foundation to settle, tilt, even sink! Golan would make a very good teacher if he ever decided to change careers. Dang it. Now I wish I had more foundations to repair. Thanks a lot Golan :)
