We are so thankful that our HOA chose this amazing group of young men to work on the older roofs of the detached garages at our townhomes. They arrived well before 7 a.m., prepared to get the job done right! They were all very polite, friendly, responsible, hardworking, knowledgeable, and diligent; truly taking pride in their work. They covered our belongings inside the garages with protective plastic sheeting. They left the property cleaner than when they arrived, even with all the wind. Posting for Pamela Banken- I SPENT ONE WEEK CALLING AT LEAST 7 DIFFERENT ROOFING COMPANIES, MOST OF THEM RECOMMENDED BY FRIENDS. TWO PLACES I CALLED SAID THEY DIDN’T WORK ON FLAT ROOFS. ONE SAID HE WAS OUT OF THE AREA. ONE CAME OUT AND AFTER A QUICK FIVE MINUTES ON THE ROOF, HANDED ME AN ESTIMATE THAT WAS SO UNPROFESSIONALLY DONE AND EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, I WOULDN’T EVEN CONSIDER HIS COMPANY. OTHERS CAME QUICKLY, WROTE UP ESTIMATES, THEN LEFT. THE ONE CONTRACTOR WHO STOOD OUT WAS WESTERN STATES ROOFING. I am on the board of directors for my HOA. I have been dealing with the owner, Preston for a few years now. His company takes care of the roof maintenance for our 7 buildings. They repair, seal and have installed 3 new roofs on 3 separate buildings within the HOA. The company and its workers are professional, on time, clean and knowledgeable. I've dealt with Preston personally, through texts and emails as well as two of his head roofer guys and have always been satisfied with response and outcome. What I like most about Preston is his honesty. He doesn't sugarcoat the issues we deal with and offers our HOA choices and recommendations that fit our needs and budget. I highly recommend Western States Roofing.
