I worked with Lisa and she was honestly incredible—direct, responsive,, knowledgeable, followed up, and made the entire process of our inverter replacements smooth. She is a rare gem and I highly recommend this company because of her! Thank you, Lisa
When my solar system malfunctioned, I found my installer had gone out of business. It was still under warrantee, but I wasted hours trying to deal with the manufacturer. Solar Discovery responded quickly, communicated with the manufacturer, obtained replacement equipment, and installed it. I recommend them without hesitation.
1st off , price for installing a new inverter was 50% cheaper than 2 other solar companies I was shopping and 2ndly the communication to keep me in the know was Beyond Outstanding !!! The company that makes/ships out the solar edge inverter apparently lost my paperwork and Lisa was on top of it to get it corrected and kept a line of communication with me thruout the process to get a tech out quickly once it was delivered to me to get it installed who was very efficient and knowledgeable !!! I”m very happy and recommend them HIGHLY to anyone with solar needs !!!
