Leaking windows do NOT use this company. Not only did we lose 2inches of actual window on each side, get a horrible caulking job, now one of my windows is leaking and they refuse to fix it because they say it’s coming from original frame (not the retrofit) however I never had any issues with a leak before the window replacement. They did have to cut some of the original frame to install window so clearly when they did that something went wrong.

Can't rave highly enough about the customer service at Sivan Windows & Doors. I replaced all the windows in my home with the help of Sapir, who is super knowledgeable, extremely patient and very attuned to all my concerns and questions. Then, several months after installation, I ran into a problem with my new bi-fold doors that stopped working. Kerry, the Cust Svc mgr had their own technician come out right away, and when he couldn't resolve the issue, they called the manufacturer in. The mfg fixed the problem immediately, and my bi-fold doors are working better now than before. It's this kind of outstanding customer service that makes all the difference in the world, and gives me great peace of mind. Between Sapir and Kerry, I know I'm in the best of hands. Thank you both!!
