My insurance got cut this month, and the clinic informed me that PACT will cover my almost two months existing appointment so I took the day off, I called the day before to still confirm and they said yes it’s still on and to get here early to apply for PACT. Today, I got here early to avoid being late. I get a call from them 20 minutes before the appointment and they cancelled it because they haven’t been rectified for PACT a while now but they told they were and offered it to me. as a maintenance worker, I cannot believe the disrespect and unprofessionalism I received from this security guard. I had my ID badge and was instructed by the supervisors and district managers to come and work today and this security guard decided to treat us like criminals. He was very disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. I will be calling on Monday to file a formal complaint. This is not the right way to be treating maintenance workers.
This one i complain about receptionist in front check in . 03/10/26 about 2.40 PM I went there to check in for my appointment. Also, I wanted to make an appointment for my wife with Dr. K. Adler. My wife currently has numb hand.
I asked receptionist to make an appointment for my wife. I had all details about my wife even pic of ID. But she told me I cannot make an appointment for her and she needs to presence or she needs to call.
