I've been going to Othneil for years. Haesue is very friendly and professional. She wants to provide the best service to her customers. That includes staying present/focused with every customer at the salon. She avoids answering calls because of that. She's very hands-on. For new customers, she wants to see your hair anf what style you make like and that's when she can determine how long each service will take. It's very personalized. Not a cookie-cutter type of service.

Sue was AMAZING. I came to her really apprehensive as I've been growing out a horrible haircut i previously received and she actually pulled out a tiny tape measure during the consult. She asked me what I wanted and what I didn't want and she cut what she said she would. We loved my cut so much that my mom made an appointment with her two days later. First of all, hairdresser was so friendly and sweet. We had polite conversation. I appreciated her patience. If you're looking for a vibey salon this isn't it so do your research and check out the pics to get an idea. It's a local well loved salon with humble, spacious, and clean setup. There's Christian pop music videos on screen. Parking is super easy. Communication via text is also super easy. All that said, there's a bit to be desired from my haircut itself on bulk and layering. Perhaps I should have been more prescriptive/shown a better more specific photo. So next time I'll do better on showing what I want and giving more details so... read full review
