Great selection of free weights, various machines, a lot of cardio! Bathrooms and showers are kept in excellent condition everytime im finished working out (all different times)to shower i've seen the bathroom being cleaned out!

I came at night to get some steps in for the day. I don't usually go to a gym. My nephew took me with him as his guest. I had a chance to hit the treadmill and the bike. A great time getting my exercise in.It was also nice to see that evryone was wiping down their equipment once they were finished using it. That certainly gave me peace of mind that people still are vigilant about covid precautions.
