Me and another woman were waiting on her for 25 minutes realizing that she double booked us. The website doesn’t work how it’s supposed to… we texted her, knocked on her door and zero response. We both walked out. I only had to come here because my usually waxer is out of town. The unprofessionalism speaks volumes. Not happy at all. Wasted my gas and time just to be here.
Came about a month ago to get my lashes done and they're still looking good! I booked through ClassPass, which was a bit of a mess since I didn't realize that there was a scheduling issue with it. Regardless, Kori accommodated me and fit me in. There were ample meters available on the street when I arrived and I was able to get buzzed into the building. Despite my natural lashes being a bit damaged and stubby, the extensions looked great and the retention was way better than I expected. Kori did a great job explaining the after care too, which was definitely helpful. The lashes were a little lighter than I anticipated them to be but I still got great compliments on them!
***BEWARE OF HER GROUPON SCAM** would have loved to give this five stars, but when purchasing her Groupon for a Brazilian , it fails To mention on there that she charges $15 extra for the butt strip which I've never heard of in my life and I've gotten waxed with several others. It even says "FULL Brazilian " on the Groupon. Pretty shitty to just spring it on the customer when they're already in your salon right before their wax.
