I believe we would be hard-pressed to find ANY tow truck company with a 5 star rating - to me 2.6 represents the people that needed help, the missing 2.4 stars are individuals whose vehicle HAD to be towed. I tend not to rely on reviews, and reserve judgement based on my own experience - so far, the difference between other towing vendors and Day & Night has been day and night, their level of customer service has been outstanding. They are prompt, courteous, and so far pretty efficient. Mario has been great!!

I wish I could rate this higher than five stars From the moment I made the phone call to the moment he got to the pick up spot. Everything was easy very good communication very experienced with his work. Had the car loaded up on the road less than two minutes. Keep in mind this was around 11:30 at night.
The guy on phone estimated 30 minutes for his arrival he arrived within 10 to 15 minutes earlier.
Jose was the person that assisted me.He was absolute best. i love you bro!!

Super helpful was stressing about the cost for a tow and our savior Jose came to us at 2300 and saved the beater was fast and easy and understanding, if I could rate above a 5 stars a would. Highly recommended
