Dr. Faqihi was super nice, caring, kind and very helpful. She answered any questions that I had. She realized that I had been in a lot of pain for many months now. She’s sympathize with me and understood my feelings.And she let me call my insurance company to get authorized right away for the next step. I appreciate her and all the girls at the front office . They were very professional kind and helpful as well. I recommend this office to anyone that’s looking for a dermatologist group.

Very unprofessional staff sitting behind the desk. Came in for my appointment on time (20 min early). They asked if i had an appointment and I said yes. Then they tell me its for another date and time. I showed them my email, text, and VA appointment reminder, and they still said I was wrong and that they tried contacting me for a different time and date spot. I said I never received a call, text, or voice mail. Then they said I would have to reschedule. This original appointment was through the Community Care through the VA office. I definitely do not reccomend this place due to how they treated my self and veterans and will be contacting community care to have them removed from providing for our veterans. There is also no parking in the parking lot and no numbers on the door when you walk in so you dont know where to go. Very displeased with this dermatology clinic.

I was terribly misdiagnosed by Dr. Sabreen Faqihi. I came in with a spot I was worried about and she told me not to worry about it. Six months later it never went away and I went for a 2nd opinion and it came back as a skin cancer! As I was extremely upset I did research and discovered that she is NOT board certified. I am not even sure she is a doctor. How can a company get away with this? Be careful if you schedule with them, you are being lied to!

This place is a horrible place, please avoid it, the provider Sara wasted my time , 30 minutes waiting on the hold then she just spoke 2 minutes and once I wanted to speak and tell my issue she said she has another appointment because she’s late !! And I need to get another appointment!! And next appointment is for next month!!!

I visited unit 202-not specifically the Dermatologist. I needed the doctor to complete an FMLA for. My mom is a patient of many years. He was going to charge $60 to complete the for but he didn't charge a penny to the person-a lady- before me for the form he completed for her.
