Dr. Faqihi was super nice, caring, kind and very helpful. She answered any questions that I had. She realized that I had been in a lot of pain for many months now. She’s sympathize with me and understood my feelings.And she let me call my insurance company to get authorized right away for the next step. I appreciate her and all the girls at the front office . They were very professional kind and helpful as well. I recommend this office to anyone that’s looking for a dermatologist group.
Doc Faqihi is great! But they shouldn’t have people that barely speak English call & tell me to bring a prescription to my visit, said he’d call it in to my pharmacy, but when I went there, it wasn’t there! Had to call, and have someone who was competent to call it in…. Ridiculous to have someone who doesn’t understand or speak English do that.
Great visit. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Unfriendly one not there anymore. Even nicer. Doc is on time, super nice and always lovely, gracious, professional and pro active.
