These guys are great. Frank Ramirez did a great job of evaluating my dying system and giving me fair, honest assessments. He was fast, transparent and honest. When it was clearly time to buy a new system, Brent Meier worked with me to find the right system at the right price and get it installed next day. These guys have been servicing my system for more than a decade and helped me get the most out of it. Always a great experience.
Cris arrived on time, was very careful to keep everything thing clean and generally was very friendly and efficient.
Cris explained what he was going to do, and what he found while servicing my equipment, making suggestions concerning what service might be needed in the near future.
