If I could give AMPM Appliances more than five stars, I absolutely would. I reached out to them after seeing their near-perfect reviews (seriously, it’s like the entire city is in love with them), and they proved every glowing comment true.
Jason, the General Manager who’s been with AMPM for over 20 years, responded to my message in under 20 minutes. That alone shocked me. I was calling for my 94-year-old mom, whose very rare Fisher & Paykel washing machine had suddenly quit mid-cycle, leaving clothes and water everywhere.

I'm very impressed with AMPM Appliance. Very knowledgeable, friendly, almost immediate response. Even after hours. Jason told me over the phone how to fix my refrigerator. He said defrost it first, if it didn't help he will send Kevin to examine the unit. They could have charged me a lot for a repair but Kevin said there were many other problems. He was honest and recommended we buy a new one at a store. He recommended some brands and said stay away from others. I highly recommend them for all appliances.

Kevin was amazing. He explained the process and fixed our stove perfectly! Highly recommend. Also, the follow up text messages with letting me know when the tech will be there is amazing!
