Signed a quote to repair/replace our 2 decks off of our master bedroom; on each end. Estimate was 1/2 of other quotes and WM Company was referred to us by a neighbor. Decks were completely replaced with no structural fixes needed. Coating color options are numerous for the final application on the decks. They did need to brake the stucco off around the bottom of each deck up 4-5 inches to install the new and much better splash guard. After numerous layers of different product; tar, mesh plus 2 other layers, the final coat was the color coat. The floor looked great but the stucco repair was not up to par. This company really came through for us and we are very happy with the results. We had a couple of loose precast steps at our condominium building and it took a long time to find a company that could repair and/or replace the steps, including providing the materials and welding needed to attach them. At my request, Brenda gave us two estimates (both very reasonable), one to replace the loose steps and the other to replace all the steps, many of which, on inspection, were in the process of loosening and crumbling. The work was scheduled quickly and done beautifully.
