    I waited 2 months for a phone appointment so that I can get long awaited referrals. When it was finally time for my appointment, they never called me. I had to call them and ask to speak to a supervisor. After 3 days of waiting for the supervisor to call back, I called them again and they are telling me I'll have to wait another 3 months for a new appointment. Even though they are the ones who dropped the ball and never called me for my appointment. I'm switching immediately to another doctor's office, please don't waste your time with these people.

    The overall care is wonderful but I'm here to advise against making an appointment here unless you're willing to come 20 minutes early and still be expected to wait 40 minutes after your assigned. However, if you arrive even a minute later they will enforce their zero tolerance policy for lateness which was imposed to waste your time. They will ask if you're willing to wait for someone to arrive late so that you could take their spot, but realistically you're still going to be wasting time just like if you rescheduled. There isn't timely care to justify a zero tolerance policy, if arriving 20-10 minutes early was actually appreciated it would reflect by being attended to accurately and accordingly.

    If you have any other option take it. The doctors are fine but the system is horrible. I got through to the office and happened to get a call back from a doctor after being put on the waitlist for the day. The doctor ordered a culture same day but no one told me how I would receive my results. Two days later I called to see if my results were in since they said it would take 48hrs, and they said yes, but I would need to be put on another waitlist to have a doctor call me with the results if another patient canceled... they did not call that day and I did the same routine the next day and am still waiting. I am very confused why they asked to do a culture if no one ever intended to give me the results, and no one informed me initially that I would have to call every single day hoping there would be a cancellation to receive the results. If you can go somewhere that actually cares if someone has an active bacterial infection or not and wants patients to stay out of the ER, do.

    DONT GO HERE, EVEN IF ITS THE LAST HOSPITAL ON EARTH!!! The providers and staff dont know what they're doing. You will leave there worse than when you came! All they do is waste MONTHS of your time, all for nothing!!!! First time I went here, I got a physical checkup. I needed blood drawn for a test, so they did it...or at least they tried to. THREE PEOPLE attempted to get my blood sample, but were unable to. They only managed to stab the hell out of my arm. Finallly, they sent me to a higher up, and it took her 3 more tries, until she EVENTUALLY got it. I've been to countless other clinics. They didnt make drawing blood THIS difficult. The second doctor visit gets better... After waiting almost 2 months to see whatever NP was available, I told her I need an exam done on my lower abdomen, because I've had pain there for a long time. I got a referall that took 2 weeks to arrive. Then a week later I went to the imaging center for the exam. The specialist started examining the wrong area, and I told her what I actually needed looked at. She said "well, the doctor ordered this exam, so if you need something else looked at, tell her". ANOTHER MONTH LATER, I finally got to speak with the NP at Valley, for a followup. She ordered ANOTHER EXAM, and said "tell them exactly where you need examined". I'm thinking- What? Excuse me, that's not MY job. YOU gave the wrong orders to the imaging center in the first place. So...I go to the same imaging center FOR THE SECOND TIME. Needless to say, the SAME MIXUP happens again, of course. On top of all that, I call back to Valley Clinic- one month later, as I was told- for a followup...They said they DIDNT HAVE THE RESULTS!!!! I double checked with the imaging center, and they 'refaxed them', after allegedly faxing them a first time. Then I call Valley Clinic THE SECOND TIME. Of course, they say they 'didnt receive them'. I even explained that I had the imaging center resend them. Then, the person on the phone at Valley just transfered me to some machine. This facility is totally absurd. I wait MONTHS for a diagnosis. All I get is wasted time, and NO TREATMENT for my pain. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOUR HEALTH MEANS ANYTHING TO YOU!!!

    I recently started coming here for dental services after bad experiences at my previous provider. First of all, they are so fast! I've had two appointments so far, for an exam and for a cleaning. Both times, they called me in within 5 minutes of checking in and I managed to get in and out within the hour. This is a huge step up from my previous office where I used to wait hours just to be seen. Additionally, all of the staff is so nice and helpful, and Dr. Summers is a super nice guy! Everyone made me feel comfortable and they checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable as they were working on my teeth. They don't try to sell you on unnecessary procedures or products like my last provider did. Also, I got so lucky that several of the techs who worked at my old office (before it became Western Dental) now work here at VCH! They recognized me instantly (even with a mask lol) and I'm just so grateful that I get to continue working with the lovely ladies who treated me growing up. Amazing staff!

    Besides the 45 minutes to get on a hold to make an appointment, the available appointment will be roughly 2 months wait. Totally agree with another review about the receptionist, very cold. Today, we were there at the North hills for the appointment, there was only one receptionist, we were first in the line but not sure what happened to her computer, took her a while and she was running to help other patients check in on the self check in and then told us your appointment was 9:20 but now it is 9:23 we are unable to check you in for your appointment time, I ask her why take you 5 minutes to check us in? She just said that's the system, there was nothing she can do, that pissed me off so badly, I just need to put out my 2cents effort by writing it out there to share with others and hopefully they can improve their system

    I wanted to take a moment to express my sincerest appreciation for the exceptional care I received via a tele-health appointment I had today with Family Nurse Practitioner Sandra Alfon, FNP-BC. Thank you so much for the support you provided.Your expertise, compassion, and dedication truly has made a huge difference in my overall health and well-being, I am incredibly grateful for your services. What I truly admired the most about her is her ability to listen attentively to all of my concerns and answer all of my questions, the way she responds was wonderful. Her patience and clarity just demonstrates how knowledgeable she is when working with patients. You can tell she has a genuine commitment to ensuring that all patients receive the best possible care. It is her professionalism and attention to detail that gave me confidence to believe in the treatment plan. I felt reassured knowing that I was in capable hands. It's her ability to connect with patients on a personal level that's truly remarkable, and it made me feel valued and cared for throughout the entire process. I would also like to thank Nicole who is the Medical Assistant that assisted me today. Nicole is another great asset she quickly helped me to gather all the necessary information to make appointments needed as well as going over all pharmacy information and making certain everything is up to date Thank you once again Sandra Alfon for your outstanding service and for going above and beyond to ensure my well-being. You are an exceptional nurse practitioner, and I feel fortunate to have received care from someone as dedicated and skilled as you. Your contributions to the healthcare field are truly commendable, and I have no doubt that you positively impact the lives of many patients like myself. Please accept my heartfelt gratitude for all that you do. I truly love this place... after 16 years I am finally leaving a wholehearted review. I moved to Santa Clarita and still choose to continue receiving health care services here and for my children as well!

    I've been going to the OBGYN here and had the pleasure of meeting Ana Tobar. She's amazing! She is very patient and understanding. She makes you feel like family. It is so easy to communicate with her, because of her I will continue to come here.

    First there is no direct line to make an appointment with the pediatrician. The wait times to make an appointment are ridiculous 40 minute wait. Second, the pediatrician Dr is amazing but the staff is trash. We were in line waiting to check in and when we got to the front desk, they said we were late 1 minute! And my daughters appointment got pushed back to an hour!! The receptionist are rude and I can hear them gossiping.

    This place just keeps going downhill. You call and can never get a hold of anybody. If you ask for a call back because you've waited a hour and are tired of being on the phone they never call you back. This is my second time having a phone appointment and it's been 30 minutes past my appointment time and still no call. I honestly wouldn't waist your time here.
