SCAM !!!!!!! It is a 0 star.I wish I red the comments before. RUN AWAY.The cleaning lady ends up with my jewelry in her pocket.And the company charged me $213 + $49 for a membership I never asked for. I just canceled my credit card. Terrible experience. Never book this.

BE CAREFUL, RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!This is the worse company I ever had the misfortune to sign a membership . The cleaner are good, but the company is complete SCAM. They have no email or phone for costumer service. They charge you a monthly membership of 49 The website is confused and messy. They show complete disregard with the cleaners. And the worse part of it. On top of the membership and cleaner’s fee, they started to charge me an additional 19.40 dollars priority fee for NO REASON + a 29.55 processing fee. I never asked for priority. So all their advertising is a complete lie. At some point they are going to sneak in some extra fee. So please, do yourself...read full review

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. I tried to resolve my issues over messaging and they gave me the run around for a month. I rebooked to use my credit because they refused to refund my card but no one was available so I'm essentially still out the money. They're the worst. My cleaner showed up late and didn't even touch the master bedroom but still this company charged me $240 for a single cleaning! Even when half the place was cleaned. And the website said that a single cleaning would cost $140 NOT $240. It's a racket. Their site needs to be taken down. I complained with the better business bureau and anyone else who has dealt with them should as well. It's not okay.
