I placed an order and didn't receive it with the the time frame that they quoted, when I called to ask if I could get a refund for the rush service fee (because it was charged but not delivered in their time frame) the Gentleman on the phone, said "I see... I just processed your full refund, But don't come back. I don't want your business. I'm closing your account." When I asked why he was doing this he Simply stated "I don't want your business. I'm sure there is other people out there who will but not me."All over a rush service fee, they lost a customer.
