The receptionist was very kind and helpful when I got my windows done. The shade of tint is exactly what I wanted but there are scratches throughout all the windows from the installation process. I tried to wipe it off but it is impossible as it is for sure from the installation process. It has been about two weeks and they have not gone away. I have gotten my windows tinted a few times on different cars and have never seen scratches so bad and for so long. Pretty disappointed. Going back in a few days to see what can be done to fix this because this is not of the quality that I desire nor what I am used to. Will update after appointment and with pictures.

Just got my Lexus windows and windshields tinted. Their availability is top notch. I was able to call and go in the same day and get my windows tinted the same day. I went back to redo my two front windows because I wanted them to be darker and obviously that's my fault so I did pay again for those two windows but again they were able to finish them in 45 min. Very quick and their communication is really great. I really like them, will recommend them to my friends and family.

Michael's customer service is excellent. He gave me a thorough breakdown on how the tint would look on my vehicle, and even pointed of some of the neighbors' car to show off his work. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does. When it was time to pick up my vehicle I was blown away! A completely different car! Excellent work. I love my car even more now. Whoever needs tint, I'm recommending them to see Michael.
