My son and I are receiving therapy here but the employees are careless they switched my sons therapist and he’s bhi and is terrible I’m so unhappy with them they are not very helpful the wrap team is just not helping out

If I can give this place a 0 stars I would, unorganized and unprofessional. Don’t expect them to help or be there for you. Poor work ethic all around. Staff doesn’t care and rude.

Hope of The Valley Rescue Mission is a great program with poor employees. They lack compassion and understanding of youths needs. I can honestly say their goal is to intake and slack and only try to find a way to get you disqualified from the program as best they could. If living in shelter the employees are even worse. They belittle you and talk to you with disrespect. Try to report it and you will just go in a cycle and never get to the main point of contact because they are all noisy and have no enjoyment in actually helping others.
