So far the experience here has been good. The waiting room, the clinic in general is very clean. The nurses have been nice. Dr. D Riboh has been very helpful, he listens, and the consultation doesn't feel rushed like it sometimes happens in other clinics. And so far appointments are fast to get you don't have to wait months to see a dr. Hopefully it's always like this.
TL;DR: If you want things done correctly and respectfully, look elsewhere.
I’m extremely disappointed in this office. I rarely leave reviews, but the decline in service here has been hard to ignore. While I understand there may be behind-the-scenes issues, the incompetence—especially at the front desk—is shocking. I just got off a call where the receptionist interrupted me constantly. I could barely explain what I needed. She kept interrupting me and only listened to respond.
