Wait times can get long but this staff def shows care when you communicate respectfully with them. I had 4 sessions of dentistry handled with care and went in for a physical consultation as well. Just gotta be proactive with them and check back in for results on things like blood work and this place is great.
This place is amazing!!! The wait IS long, be prepared for that, but the staff are all really kind and professional, and most importantly they listen to your concerns and address them properly. I’m really impressed, and managed to get some stuff done on my phone while I waited. I also charged my phone in the waiting room :P
I had a great experience with DR. Gayane. Just like at any clinic everyone is overwhelmed with work. The receptionist's are doing an awesome job talking to walking ins and picking up phone calls. I was grumpy due to my cold. Over all my expectations were met and I was happy at the end of my visit. This is going to be my clinic from now on.
