Smart Roofing did a very professional job replacing the wood shake roof on our house with an Owens Corning Duration Cool Plus roofing system. I particularly liked the fact that their quote for the job was very clear and detailed. Unlike some other roofers, they did not limit their obligation to replace rotten wood on the existing decking as part of the quoted price. They did not subcontract out the work. They were on time and did a good job cleaning up. Smart Roofing is top rated by Owens Corning, which means that we get the maximum manufacturer's warranty.
