Reliable AC and heat are an amazing, ac company. Eli the owner is a very helpful, affordable, offering great service. I own four commercial businesses. He has been taken care of all our locations for over 10 years. I cannot say enough he also has done our residential home. Quick turnaround.

Reliable Heating & Air is hands-down the best HVAC company around! Eli, the owner, is incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and skilled — he kept our old system running like a champ for 20 years. When it finally gave out last week (on a Friday afternoon, of course, and in 90° heat!), we called them right away. Eli and his wife Karen — who runs the office and is just as knowledgeable and kind — jumped into high gear and found us a new unit that could be delivered by Monday morning.

In June 2022 I had 100% new HVAC installed in my Toluca Lake area by HVAC firm I have used in my homes in the area for about 25-years. I never had any issues that firm until this install. I did not get multiple proposals and did not get suggestion of firm(s) to use from the HOA manager (my bad, I should have). The install by the initial firm was horrible. I was getting ‘mold’ smell from the 100% new unit that I did not get from the older unit I replaced. Turns out the install of the new unit by the first HVAC firm I used was not good, terrible in many ways.
