From start to finish, I'm so glad I chose to work with Reliable! It's a wild-west out there when it comes to replacement of HVAC systems, where each estimate I got was vastly different from the other...each pushing solutions that weren't the best and most cost-effective. However, Relaible was straightforward and made the process of sorting out the different parts of the project (I had to get rid of the old insulation and ducting due to rat infestation before even uninstalling and installing a new system. Reliable changed the HVAC system on the roof of my rental in Silverlake, VERY difficult install due to trees and wires. VERY professional and great at communicating with me. Very pleased with the work. and well-priced.
