We've been using Reliable AC & Heating to handle all of our HVAC needs for many years and they've always done an amazing job...and we're especially happy and grateful to them for our recent HVAC upgrade. It was a massive job needing to replace our 20 year old system and at the same time we also needed to replace our roof. We truly could not have done it without Reliable AC's phenomenal expertise and guidance. We live in New York and rent out our house so we were not able to actually be there to arrange everything and we initially needed to find a quality roofing company as well but thanks to Karen at Reliable AC she hooked us up with an exceptional roofing company called Tall roofing co. and they worked together to handle the removing of our old HVAC system which required a crane to take it off the roof, then Tall roofing did the roof replacement and prepped the pad for the installation of the new HVAC which also had to be craned onto the roof and everything went PERFECTLY!!! I cannot say enough good things about the quality of the work and the new HVAC system. Everyone at Reliable AC went above and beyond to ensure that our job went smoothly, was on time, no surprises, and they were all extremely professional and very helpful. They made sure to keep us and our tenant constantly informed every step of the way. I would HIGHLY Recommend using Reliable AC for all of your air conditioning and heating needs.
