This is my ultimate go to spot for ALL my wigs & hair essential. Lanee is the sweetest and ALWAYS gets me looking just right for any occasion!! I love shopping at Princess Beauty Supply, the staff there is super nice & friendly.

I went there a few days ago 2 get a wig so that I could enjoy a night out with my man 😊 When I got home & put the wig on I looked like an original member of “Dreamgirls” I didn’t like the wig on me but that’s fine. The customer service was great. The woman who helped me also gave me some nice samples 4 my hair & was really nice. I’ll be coming back. Thank u

Didn't like the attitude I was given by the woman who looks to be in her late 30s. It caught me very off guard as I wasn't asking her a question (from already seeing her agitated demeanor) so I asked the other elderly lady who was calm and was trying her best to help. The other one's energy was so uninviting that it made me feel very uncomfortable, and attacked as if I had said something to upset her even though I remained polite the entire time. She would randomly insert herself in our conversations, but if I needed to hear the answer from her I would've asked her... which I did not again due to her energy. Sometimes people aren't having the best days, but when you work in a business be ready to greet and help people with the biggest smile on your face and that's for your own sake. If it's bad, stay home, or minding your business somewhere but do not bring that energy to a place that's considered "professional" as I will not be recommending this place due to the poor customer service skills exercised by her. This is to say that since it's really one of the few options for some people, if you do need help, ask the other two kind people that I see work there usually (both definitely older than the one I mentioned) .
