PD&B, inc. created a marvelous ADU out of my garage. We are on our 2nd. tenant as of January 2024. This ADU is so attractive it invites new prospective tenants immediately. The workmanship is beyond description except to say that if you want an ADU you had better go to PD&B to get beyond your expectations. Sure... it costs serious money, but the return on the investment is beyond belief. Thank you, Leon, Evan, and company.
Leon and his team are here for you. My husband and I had a small house on a large lot and wanted to build a1200 sqft ADU from scratch in the back portion of our land. Leon responded quickly to my inquiry and came to check it out the next day. He made us feel reassured that we could do as much or as little as we wanted. We started with designing our home and he provided a significant amount of revisions which was so appreciated by building newbies like us. Leon was thoughtful in his suggestions and you can tell that he is enthusiastic about design and the building process.
