I’m really disappointed with my experience with the repair team that came. I don’t understand why others are not considerate when coming into someone’s home. I asked the first person that came in to wear shoe covers or if he had his own, because frequently others have. He said that they would put down paper, and took off his shoes to assess the tub. He said he had just had knee surgery and couldn’t bend down. I appreciated the gesture because I understand that is a lot. He mentions the rod and I said I couldn’t remove the rod because I had to stick it up kind of tight because it kept falling. I had messaged someone and they responded that it was ok to leave it. That is the reason why it wasn’t removed before. I did not know it was a full tub repair until he said so. He let me know that I needed to remove it and if I can’t that he would. I was able to remove it and put it to the side before he came back with the wrap and their tools. I put it to the side as well because he said whatever was on that side would be covered with wrap. Here is where it took a turn, there was a young man that was with him. Originally, I said hello and he didn’t say anything, I assumed he couldn’t hear me. I saw them laying the wrap. The young man had also taken his shoes off initially, again I appreciated that, above and beyond. I sit in the same place on my couch and saw that when they went to get more wrap, he put his shoes back on and in an effort to move things forward efficiently, stepped on the floor with his shoes. I get it was an accident, I said something and before I could finish the older man said “c’mon, we put the paper down.” I just wanted them to be cautious in the bathroom and I said he just stepped on the floor. He then takes pictures, more than likely to show that the wrap was put down. When they went to the bathroom, the shower rod falls and one says “it’s falling all over the place, I said to put it where they want and the younger one puts it on the bed. My fault for not saying to put it on the floor. However, something that was touching the floor should not be put on someone’s bed. It was tense for a few moments and then clearly annoyed with me, they both ask if they should come back another time. There is stuff everywhere because I was cleaning and rearranging for company that was coming that week but there isn’t trash everywhere and I don’t wear my own shoes in the house. I asked everyone to wear shoe covers. I wear slippers that never see the floor outside and I have a small radius of where I step with shoes inside. I will say that whomever does the scheduling is quite responsive and helpful. She rescheduled me quickly, responded to every single message in the portal right away. She let me know that they tried to reach me and even made sure that my contact info was correct in case something was needed that day. I appreciate the time and effort but not the interaction that was had.

These folks are amazing! The photos do not do it justice. My fiberglass tub and walls looked dingy, worn out and nasty no matter how much I tried to clean them and get hardwater stains out. The tub floor squeaked and felt like it was going to give out. I looked into tearing the entire thing out but after researching and calling about 5 places and getting multiple estimates, it still would cost thousands and some places would not even attempt to repair the squeaking tub - they just wanted to charge me thousands to rip it all out and replace it. I asked these folks tons of questions, nonstop, over about a two month period. They were so incredibly patient, answered every one of my questions, and stood 100% behind their work and testimonials. I finally hired them and they repaired the squeaking tub by injecting foam into the tub floor and refinished the entire tub and walls in their CAPPUCCINO SPECKLE finish. It came out amazing! The tub no longer squeaks and feels solid and new! The finish is so beautiful and came out so well. Their employees were impeccable and masked and covered everything in a very detailed manner. They did not make a mess and they left me with a new shower! I highly recommend giving them a call. No matter how bad you think your tub, shower, sink, etc. is, this company has the proven experience to renew it and do it properly. Highly, highly recommend!!

The guy showed up on the correct day and it was easy and fairly priced, but the paint job itself was pretty uneven. Sink surface is lumpy.

This company has it right. Every team member that I’ve interfaced with has the same positive demeanor with a “can-do” attitude. They know their craft and they do it well. Our refinished tub looks brand spanking new and the technician was polite and meticulous with his prep work before refinishing. He left no mess what so ever. KUDOS to Porcelain and fiberglass for a perfect job. Highly recommended***** I give them 5 for 5 .

I highly recommend this company for repairs to and refurbishment of baths. Its highly qualified workers understand what needs to be done and how to do it. Their work ethic and attituide is top notch. Their service is as promised and they do not stop working until they have solved whatever problems need to be addressed. They are trustworthy and reliable. I needed repair of a high-end bathform and they did a first rate job at a reasonable price. if your experience is as good as mine was, you will not be disappointed.

I do have the pleasure to highly recommended PFM for the wonderful job they did to our two bath-tub refinished at my house, They came out like a brand new tubs, is unbelievable the amount of money they save me, not only for the good price this company have but the fact that I was thinking in to replace it for two new ones, The office staff and customer are superiors that along is a plus and the technician was very professional and respectful.

This company helped repair a three-year old tub refinishing job done by another company that required two repairs in two years. This time, it looks better than it did after the original refinish. I'm attaching the before and after photos. This company was very professional to work with, got me scheduled quickly, and I would highly recommend.
