Extremely professional, did a clean job, and communication was excellent. The demo work was done on time and I highly recommend Avi and his company.
We've used Neo Demo twice now and couldn't be happier. Communication was great. They were super careful with our kitchen demo since we are living here during the reno. They cleaned everything up and even hauled away some extra items! Priced very fairly too. We will 1000% use again for any demo needs.
I submitted a quote request through their website and they responded immediately. Avi stopped by the rental property to take a look for an estimate. Definitely fair prices and he was willing to work with me on the pricing. I got the patio and gazebo removed due to improper installment from the previous homeowner. Very clean demolition and couldn't be happier that I went with Neo Demolition. They assisted with the permit application and in person inspections so I didn't have to worry about it!
