The operator was quick and polite, and Roy, the locksmith, called right after and arrived in about 10 minutes. He was professional, communicative, and transparent throughout. He cut and programmed the new key on-site and explained why he had to call in for the security code — totally legit. The cost was higher than I expected, but worth it for the convenience, quality, and peace of mind knowing I now have two working keys. Highly recommend Roy and MT Lock & Key!
