Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we got our HVAC working on the first day of a heatwave. Monkey Wrench came out for a tankless water heater that I already had installed from another company. It was installed on the side of the house near some windows without proper consideration for ventilation. CO gas, etc. was coming in the windows occasionally. There were some plants creating sort of a reflector around it and forcing the gases back to the windows, so cutting the plants could have done it, but I wanted something more. Enrique created and executed a plan to add approved pipe to take the gases well above my roofline so I would not have to worry about this again.
