From the initial phase of rough-in work on my entire home addition to final trim, including installation of a new sub panel, 5 new circuits throughout the home, recessed lighting and installation of exterior outlets on the new covered porch, they stayed in touch at all steps of the project and never once made me wonder on where they were or what the cost/estimate would be. All inspections were successful the first time around and from the way the project manager called me personally after the final inspection and sign-off, confirming that everything was finished, I knew all I needed to know about the way they operate their business.
