I've been doing adult beginner hip hop dance classes with Lyrik for some time now. I haven't taken other classes here, but I very much enjoy the one I've been a part of, which says a lot as I'm quite shy. The studio is a fun, interesting little space. It's cozy and charming. I think that's why I see so many people so easily socialize before and after classes. I wasn't able to make it for a while, but coming back feels like coming home. :)
Well-established dance and performance rental space that is always busy on the weekends. Very limited free parking. The neighborhood is old industrial buildings. Very small lobby space, so not room for more than about 10 people, total across all studios, to wait in the hall. Small bathroom. But affordable and business is used to working with performers and their equipment. No separate loading dock however.
