I had trouble scheduling a visit, but, otherwise, was pleased with the service.

Sara Movsesian should be taken out of this facility. I doubt she has many patients that want to see her anyway as she is not easy on the eyes but she has no basic care for any human being. She is a disgrace.

I had one of the most disrespectful experiences I have ever had with a healthcare provider. Sara Movsesian, PA, spent barely a minute or two in the room before making it clear that answering my questions was an inconvenience to her. When I politely asked if I could ask one more question, she told me that I was holding her back by asking and stated that she did not have time for me. She rolled her eyes while I was speaking and rushed out of the room without providing answers or giving me a meaningful opportunity to discuss my condition.

I came to this appointment seeking medical care and left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and unheard. Patients should not be made to feel like a burden for asking questions about their own health. Being busy is not an excuse for rude, unprofessional behavior. Eye-rolling, telling a patient that they are “holding you back,” and refusing to take the time to address concerns fall far below the standard of care and professionalism that patients deserve.

I would not recommend this provider to anyone who expects to be treated with basic courtesy, respect, and compassion. No patient should leave an appointment feeling rushed out the door and made to feel guilty for asking questions about their own medical condition.

It's an easy building to access. The offices within the building are clearly displayed. The only downside is their parking structure. You can only pay cash. You have to make sure to bring cash with you. It's 1.50 per hour.

Let’s start with entering the office there’s a guy and a girl receptionist the girl was busy with a patient. The man just said whats the last name not a hello, good afternoon nothing. Anyhow i was given an ipad to check in while doing that one of the girl employees starts telling the receptionist guy that he is being rude ect. I was called in waited maybe 10 minutes to see the PA she came in and the visit was over in about 7’ minutes. I addressed my concerns and just brushed off as sun spots or just dont worry moles. I was there for a check which i expected mayb checking my back or more in depth of the face. I did mention my mother has history but she just said what kind, She did say one of my things would be $150 because its “cosmetic” any how she open the door and walked out. Not your done, follow up , check out in the front. So then i walked out the room stood close to check out area no one acknowledged me so i just walked out. Definitely will not be returning. I work for a doctor too and even if the visit was short i would still “ say have a nice day or acknowledge a patient walking out” maybe just go if you forsure know something is really malignant or ready to pay cash.

Everyone that I interacted with was very kinda and knowledgeable, one of the best experiences I’ve had going to the doctors office.

Data breach, no accountability

I have been to many offices, but I have never seen such a wonderful and attentive attitude towards clients. I want to separately thank Sandy for helping to solve the problem.
