Never answer their phone, and when they do, they laugh and hang up on youMade an appointment for almost a week in advance and day of appointment they say they can't see me with no other explanation and hang up.
They say they close at 8:30 pm I've tried to get message for the past week and they seem to be open but tell you that they are busy when no one is there. Lady speaks no English so I can't even make appointment even when I've tried they don't understand. It used to be a good place to go, not anymore.
I called twice to make an appointment and woman didn't really speak English. She asked what time, and when I said "3pm?" She responded, "no, no, no good" and then hung up on me! I called a second time and got hung up on again. I'll try again another day and hope someone different answers the phone - but this was unacceptable.
