I can not recommend the Estin Company enough for a plot broker company. Before this journey, I didn't even know plot brokers existed. Here is my quick story. My grandmother wanted to sell her Forest Lawn cemetery plots and asked me to help. When I contacted forest lawn to sell the plot, I quickly learned that they do not purchase back the plot. I then started my journey to find out how to sell them. I contacted 5 different companies and got estimates with varying prices. When I contacted the Estin Company, I received the highest quote. Sue was detailed and explained the process to me and how to get all the paperwork done correctly. I decided to move forward with them. Sue told me it could take anywhere from 2 months to 2 years to sell the plots. Within four months of them receiving all the paperwork, I received a check in the mail for the agreed upon price. I cannot thank them enough for making this a hassle free process.
I used The Estin Company to sell a cemetery plot that I had after my dad passed away. They were always courteous and responsive. Paperwork was super easy and they were able to sell for me in the timeline they gave me. My only complaint would be that they need to get up to speed electronically, but other than that, I would highly recommend them as cemetery plot brokers.
