“My family and I have been using Dr Ban for the past 14 years. His knowledge, expertise and diagnosis are exceptional. On numerous occasions he has gone out of his way to save a tooth or save a crown while it would have been easier and ten times more profitable for him to replace the crown. Last summer, on a Sunday, I bit into a pizza crust and broke my front tooth all the way to the gum line! Panicked I left a message at his office. Within half an hour Dr Ban himself texted me that he is on vacation in Europe. He gave me the information to an oral surgeon to call on Monday. On Monday when I called, Dr Ban had already spoken with the specialist and explained the urgency of my situation and his recommendation of treatment, they were waiting to care for my broken tooth that day! “From birth I was missing four permanent teeth: two on my uppers and two on my lowers. The work over my lifetime to get my mouth in beautifully working and sustainable order has included about every dental procedure imaginable over these 68 years of my life.

Through my oral odyssey, I have sat in an almost endless stream of dental chairs. Through
this lengthy ordeal I have crossed paths with an extensive number of dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons and periodontists. I am writing this review because I have finally been moved to the point of deep gratitude that it must be expressed and shared with whomever will read dental reviews in search of the best dental care they can find. Dr. Julian Gershfeld IS the dentist I recommend above all others. He is the consummate medical professional. He is the complete package of expertise, experience, humanity, sincere care and concern, and is a problem solver with a toolkit so deep he's able to find solutions and execute them with skill, precision and kindness that leaves a patient feeling grace and gratitude for what otherwise could be an overwhelming experience and ordeal. In all of my prior interactions with every medical professional I've met with, I've yet to meet or be blessed with a doctor who I can say really checks all of the boxes we hope and expect to find in a doctor. But I can now check that off of my bucket list

I've been dealing with Dr. Gershfeld for two years undergoing extensive and fairly complicated dental procedures. I must immediately add that his entire team are first rate: from the incredible ladies in front who interface directly with patients and handle all their logistics with a sincerely upbeat manner and with complete effectiveness; all of his hygienists are on top of each patient's needs and are fully supportive as needed-again with cheerful and caring dispositions; and his other staff doctors are unbelievably skilled and insightful, and equally as precise as he-plus they are as nice and personable as you could hope to find. To say I have truly come to love ALL of those on his team-as well as Dr. Gershfeld himself--is no overstatement. They engender THAT type of response. How many of you can say you've had that kind of complete medical experience anywhere? I never could prior, and I've been around the block a time or two.

Suffice it to say, I give Dr. Gershfeld and his staff the highest marks possible in EVERY regard-5 Michelin stars if there was such a rating for a dental practice. If you are seriously seeking the best dental experience possible in every way imaginable, I heartily recommend Dr. Gershfeld and his squad to handle all of your dental needs. I can personally guarantee that you will come out of what can sometimes otherwise be an uncomfortable experience feeling like you were treated with skill and with sincere care for every aspect of your experience.
