Freddy the barber is always professional and delivers excellent haircuts. He listens attentively, makes necessary adjustments, and maintains a friendly demeanor throughout the process.
Edit: Owner gave me a full refund for my experience and was very pleasant about doing so. She honored the refund over a week later, so I am adjusting my review to reflect this.
I can only speak from my experience, but the barber Bryan absolutely butchered my hair.
As he spent the last 10 minutes of the haircut repeating this fact, I gave him instructions that he understood differently than what I had seen online. I asked for an “undercut” which we apparently had different understandings of. Wow Nancy and her crew really surprised me with there talent such a nice place and staff super friendly not to forget how Bryan really is a talkative dude he kept me awake after my 12 hour shift ... I'll be returning
