I had a great experience working with this company. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, and their support team was always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. They provided regular updates, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Overall, very professional service and I would definitely recommend them.
I had trouble shipping my car due to the driver shortage they are suffering with because of the illegal deportation in the country which is disgraceful. Unfortunately due to necessity I had to cancel my service but Mya/Maya that I spoke with on the phone in customer support was the sweetest woman ive ever spoken to. The gratefulness she displayed from me simply being patient and cordial brought tears to my eyes. Please know this company is doing their best, but their employees are being kidnapped. Would recommend this company.
BAH Logistics delivered a Freightliner M2 from Texas to Va. The cost was very reasonable. The company communicated daily with route progress. Truck was delivered in excellent condition. 100% Highly recommended!
