Everything you'd want out of a company. Had an issue related to a water leak and so I called up 911Restoration of Burbank. An appointment was scheduled in a reasonable time frame and when Robert came out and inspected the issue, he made his recommendations and quoted a fair price. He was honest and forthcoming with the options available, which even included a DIY suggestion. But for some issues, you just want to go with the professionals.
