I recently had an issue with a clogged drain pipe which caused the washing machine water not to drain properly. Sam helped me with the issue and he was outstanding! He professionally and efficiently addressed the problem, and also took the time to explain the process and provide some helpful tips. He kept his working area clean and there is no mess left behind. Highly recommend!

I had a new Toto washlet and bowl that I needed installed and Sam was super fast with replies to my questions and providing me with estimates. Very courteous and super nice. Sam and Christian came out to install the toilet and found out that the washlet portion was the wrong one (mistake by the manufacturer when they shipped me the washlet and bowl). So they cleaned up and we rescheduled for them to come back out when I got the correct washlet. They were very understanding of the situation and came back out soon after I received the correct washlet to finish the installation. Install was done beautifully and everything works perfectly.
