Our auto fill was not working so we called them to come look at that and the lights. Our pool is 15 years old and of course at times needs upgrades and repairs. The guy came and noticed the water wasn't turned on for the filler. Once we turned it on it worked. He's coming back to do our lights next week. He was so friendly and wasn't upset there wasn't anything wrong with the pool filler. He's was efficient, advising us of foreseeable repairs in the future and the best way to deal with them. Highly recommend.
I called Steadfast Pool Service after discovering my dog had chewed our pool heater wires (thank goodness he was okay). I was greeted kindly and given a quote shortly after I sent them a picture of the damage. I had people coming over the following weekend and was afraid Steadfast wouldn't be able to come out in time. To my surprise, they were out the next day. They installed a conduit over the wiring to prevent anymore damage. We were so happy and the service was all fairly priced. The weekend came and went and our gathering went smoothly. Unfortunately, my husky was able to chew through the conduit and got to the wires again. Jose is awesome! Did a very thorough job investigating and cleaning / repairing our pool filter and pump. Was on time, communicative, reasonable prices, all around A+ job. We're grateful that he helped us keep our current old system running, but plan on having him back to set us up with a new heater when we're ready!
