Rosy is the best! I have been coming to her for 19 years and each time she cuts my hair- I absolutely love it. My coworkers think I pay hundreds $$$ for my hair cuts. Rosy now has many friends and acquaintances as customers. But you do need to make appointments, she is very busy!

The service is very personalized. I come to this place bringing my own hair color as I'm allergic to a lot of things. So, Rosie colors and cuts my hair. She really has the most perfect touch. Everyone loves my hair.
