My experience over the years with MCCN has not been great. But I'm now fortunate enough to be seeing a psychiatrist Dr. Vinod Sodha.
I've had at least six psychiatrists throughout the course of my life and only two of which have been good doctors.
Dr. Sodha is one of them. Where as the majority of psychiatrists have a big ego that unfortunately prevents them from listening and caring genuinely about the well-being of their patient rather than the well-being and fatness of their wallet, Dr. Sodha is the opposite. He doesn't seem to have an ego. He listens very carefully. And he does so out of what you can very clearly tell is genuine care for the patient.

Update, I went in on 6/26/24 to finish up some medical documents and was taken care of a gentleman whos customer service is SIGNIFICANTLY better! Caring and attentive and very clearly is there service to the best of his ability's. The previous employee I haven't seen but this gentleman was a fantastic help.
Just thinking about doing therapy, freaked me out. I could handle everything that came my way, I was perfectly fine holding everything in. That was until I met Alycia Wood. She changed my whole opinion on therapy. At first, I had the largest wall possible, built up and I didn't want help breaking it down but she made me feel so safe and comfortable talking to her. Things that I didn't even realize I was going through, that were causing me so much anxiety, she helped me understand them. Before her, I was suffering with major anxiety attacks, daily, causing me to get little to no sleep. She helped me process things I didn't know, needed processing, which has allowed to manage my anxiety. To this day, she still continues to help me work on my inner struggles. To her, I am forever grateful for not giving up on me. I recommend her to anyone and everyone, I can.Thank you Alycia!
