I found Derek of Lashmet Tile on a referral service (Networx) and couldn't be happier. He gave me a very competitive price on my porcelain tile kitchen floor. He neatly removed the old travertine, found another layer of vinyl, removed that, fixed the water valve behind the fridge and managed to get rid of an old threshold I hated by evening out the laminate edge and tiling neatly up to it without a big bump. He was fair in his pricing, thoughtful about job details, punctual and used a Covid mask appropriately. He was also neat on the job site -- tidying up nicely afterward. 100% would recommend.

Lashmet was recommended to me by the plumber that I hired to replace the toilet. Derek Lashmet was very good to work with. He not only installed the floor tiles, also the vanity. Painted the area around the old toilet and vanity. Installed fixtures, too. Thanks! Will definitely recommend Lashmet Tile to othera.

Derek did a great job and did very clean work. Hard to nail down at times but once he is on site he is committed and professional. He's easy going and has a very positive attitude. Does not say no or unwilling to work with customers changing or developing needs. I will certainly use him for future projects.
