I had an excellent experience with Preferred Plumbing and Drain from start to finish. The entire process was easy and well organised, with clear communication at every stage. Scheduling was flexible, which made everything much less stressful.
A special shout out to Corben, who did the work. He was incredibly kind, professional, and respectful throughout the job. I'd like to commend Christopher Tech #24 for their exceptional service in unclogging my sewer. The work was completed swiftly and efficiently within a remarkably short timeframe.
Christopher #24, was great. All though I was not able to on site while he completed the work, the made sure that I felt involved and approved off additional work needed. Highly recommend.
