Andrew came today and took a couple of expired mice out of the traps and disposed of those and set some new traps and did some spraying. Andrew is great We love him.
Andrew is very nice. I called the office to report that my cat had caught one mouse and I believe that there were more mice. So Andrew came and applied mouse killing substance and traps. He came back about a week later to seal the areas where mice could enter. I was going to cancel and get bids on the job from other companies because I thought $250 for an hour job was too high. Jackson arrived on time, dealt professionally with our issues, made excellent suggestions, explained everything he was doing and provided necessary steps to eradicate our rat/mice/spider and ant problems.

Andrew arrived shortly after the beginning of the time frame that had been indicated . He was very professional, and equally personable. After listening patiently to my (lengthy!) description of the circumstances associated with the burrowing rodent infestation, he proposed two methods of treating the affected area. His depth of knowledge was reassuring, and, while he was straightforward about the degree to which the pest control methods would be effective, I am encouraged to enlist his services as a result of our conversation during his onsite visit.
