“YALL when I tell you to just book with lei, just do it. I'm writing this review after my touchup session and initial session. The first session was great, Lei is just a lovely person, warm and inviting, very professional, and made me feel comfortable. Also her studio is so relaxing I fell asleep both times (while getting a razor to my face, you know that means she knows what she is doing.) If you're worried whether or not you will like how it looks don't stress because first she'll map it out on your face and you'll look at it and let her know if there's anything you wanna change. In my initial appointment, I wanted just a slightly less arched brow than what she had originally mapped out, and she was happy to adjust to make sure I was happy, and it also matched with my face. The healing process takes a couple weeks, so don't set yourself up or instant results because your brows will go through a few stages before they eventually look how they're meant to. I waited about two months until my touchup session because I was so busy, and that only took about an hour, and I was already happy with how they looked before the touchup, but now that she's gone through and filled in what was a little patchy from the first healing process they are better than I could've hoped for. “I’ve been consistently getting my lashes done from here since May of 2024 and I can confidently say they are the best. Whether my eyelashes are classic and natural or I get a hybrid set or a wet set they always give me great suggestions to match what I want. There have been times where I have lost a lot of lashes as well and they’ve helped me regrow my lashes and always suggested ways to better take care of them. They don’t just care about providing good service but also about their customers and the quality of their lashes. I have nothing but great things to say about them. I drive 30 minutes just to get my lashes done from them. Truly could not recommend them enough.“
