The customer service was great they were extreme funny and accommodating, however the technician Kim techniques are out dated. The shape is horrible it looked like I need a fill a few days later because the product was brought all the way to the nail bed. I would post a picture but their to ugly. This is what I get for trying someone new and cutting corners. Smh
It was my first time here and I needed a new nail color she took her time and the price are Reasonable, I Usually spend 75 to 80 for my nails at other shop. I have read some reviews likely I understand some people have bad experience there. And of course some have different Choice of opinion you get what you pay for
I went in with a bad job from a previous visit to a different shop and left ? percent satisfied. I don't remember the young ladies name, but it's Kims daughter-in-law. She's young, patient and has a fresh set of eyes. Thank you SOOO much!! After a closure from the pandemic Kim is looking forward to seeing her clients and welcoming the new ones.✌❤ ?Update: Her name is Quinn, and it's best to schedule an appointment with her. She's still rockin!!! I just seen her tonight and I am ?% satisfied as usual. ??
